Paparazzi’s Cigar Connection: Phnom Penh’s Riverside Lounge Expanded

Located on the second floor of Paparazzi Bar & Kitchen at 179 E0 Preah Sisowath Quay, Phnom Penh, Paparazzi’s Cigar Connection recently completed an inviting expansion in late March 2025. Owners Niklas Gloggler and Paul Jaemsen thoughtfully oversaw the renovation, resulting in a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for cigar enthusiasts along the riverside.

The renovation took approximately two weeks, adding sliding doors, refreshed décor, comfortable furniture, and improved flooring. A standout addition is the covered outdoor patio, enabling guests to comfortably enjoy cigars outdoors without enduring Cambodia’s intense heat. Inside, seating is casual and relaxed, complemented by efficient air-conditioning and a powerful smoke extraction system.

Service & Experience

Guests handle their own cigars; however, cutters, lighters, and ashtrays are provided at no additional charge. There is no cutting fee, but ordering food or beverages is encouraged.

Full meal and beverage service provided by Paparazzi Bar & Kitchen includes outdoor seating, excellent cocktails, and vegan options. Service runs daily from 11 AM to 11 PM, allowing guests flexibility in pairing cigars with meals or drinks.
