Located at the corner of Preah Ang Eng St. (13) and Preah Ang Non St. (102) in Phnom Penh, this prominent red and white two-story building immediately catches the eye and sets a bold tone for its offerings.

The ground floor features a spacious restaurant that can accommodate over 100 people. Ascend to the second floor, and you’ll find an expansive lounge with three VIP rooms and a humidor that extends from the ground floor to the ceiling of the second—a central feature that makes a strong impression.

The opening night brought together a diverse crowd of guests, including socialites, dignitaries and diplomats, who enjoyed complimentary food, drinks, and cigars. Attendees were offered cigars to smoke on-site as well as a takeaway cigar and a cutter as parting gifts. The lively atmosphere even spilled onto the street at one point, underscoring the scale and enthusiasm of the event.

A Neighborhood Worth Watching
